4. Teaching Subjects:

  1) Graduate classes in Mathematical Science at Division of Mathematical Science

  2) Undergraduate classes in Mathematical Science at Course of Mathematical Science

5.  Qualifications:

  An applicant should have distinguished research record in the above-mentioned research field and ability and enthusiasm in teaching, and contribute to management of the department.

6.  Anticipated starting date:

  February 1st, 2018 or later

7. Employment status:

  Full-time, Fixed-term (From the commencement date to March 31st, 2021)

8. Work hours:

  Discretionary Labor System, Special Work Type, based on the ‘Regulations Pertaining to Working Hours, Holidays and Leave for National University Corporation Osaka University Limited Term Staff’.

9. Salary and Benefits:

  Based on the ‘Salary Regulations for National University Corporation Osaka University Limited Term Staff Subject to Annual Salary System’.

Each publication must include names of all authors, journal name, publisher name, year, volume, number, and pages

  3) Reprints or copies of three papers of those most representing the candidate’s research

  4) A concise personal statement describing the candidate’s research details by referring papers in the publication list as a document (within one page)

  5) A concise personal statement describing about the future vision for research and that about education after the assignment in the department (within one page)

  6) Academic societies and social activities

  7) List of two professional references to whom the University can ask for opinions on the research and education experiences of the candidate

  8) Other information such as academic awards, Patents with their brief descriptions, a list of research grants awarded as a principal investigator

  The Selection Committee qualifies all candidates, based on the documents submitted. An interview may be scheduled, if necessary, and will be informed to selected candidates.
