Application Requirements
▶ School of Engineering Science:
- (1) Applicants who graduated or expect to graduate from a university.
- (2) Applicants who are recognized to have academic abilities equivalent to or superior to those who are listed in the above (1), by the School of Engineering Science, the University of Osaka.
▶ Graduate School of Engineering Science:
- (1) Applicants who have or expect to get a master’s degree prior to the date of enrollment.
- (2) Applicants who are recognized to have academic abilities equivalent to or superior to those who are listed in the above (1), by the Graduate School of Engineering Science, the University of Osaka.

Other information
For those who wish to go on to enroll in a degree course, the following are provided by the Graduate School of Engineering Science for international students:
- Special Examination for International Students (Master’s course) *conducted in Japanese
- Special Program of “Engineering Science 21st Century” (Master’s and Doctoral courses) *conducted in English

Application Requirements
・Students are required to be enrolled in their home institution during the entire duration of their study abroad under the interfaculty agreement with the School/Graduate School of Engineering Science.
・Students will continue their studies at their home institution after the completion of the study abroad period.

There are two types of exchange programs available for participation as a Special Auditor.

If the tuition fee exemption/waiver stipulated in the interfaculty agreement applies, no fees will be charged. If fees are to be charged: 14,400 JPY/credit |
*1 Regarding undergraduate level, as classes are basically conducted in Japanese,
the student is required to have a proficient command of the Japanese language.
However, for courses in which students conduct research in a laboratory and earn credits,
it is possible to receive research supervision in English.
*2 According to the laws of Japan, 10 hours of auditing per week is required. As each class is 1.5 hours long, students will need to take approximately 7 classes per week.
