Special Training Program for Robotics Engineers for human-intelligent robot symbiotic society

The Graduate School of Engineering Science is one of the world-leading schools in the field of Robotics Engineering. Under this program featuring Robotics Engineering as well as other related areas, we would like to welcome top-notch foreign students from all over the world. Based on our educational philosophy: “Fundamentally developing scientific technology by integrating science and technology will create a true culture of humanity,” we will nurture human resources of those who possess a broad spectrum of multidisciplinary expertise, rich comprehensive understanding, synthetic imagination, and transcultural communicability, associated with Robotics-Engineering-related professional capability and skills. In addition, those who can also contribute to building up future Robotics industries in their home countries as well as internationally promoting close cooperation with the Japanese industry, academia, and government.

Trans-Pacific Hub Graduate Program in Advanced Bio-Information Synergy

The Graduate School of Engineering Science is promoting a wide range of research and education activities that cover physics, mechanical science, chemistry, and data science. In this program, we welcome top-notch foreign students who have studied mechanical science, bioengineering, computer science, life science, medicine, and/or allied health science from all over the world. Based on our educational philosophy that integrates engineering and science as essential for addressing emerging challenges, we aim to nurture:
1) individuals with broad multidisciplinary expertise and communication skills grounded in fields including AI and information science, physical and chemical sciences, and bioengineering;
2) individuals who can integrate these fields to tackle global issues such as sustainability, healthcare needs, and social change through advanced research and practical problem-solving;
3) individuals who will drive further development of interdisciplinary education and research, generating new knowledge and value.
